Humford Offices

In 2019 Humford Management relocated their downtown Calgary office to one of their managed properties in the south west. Their new program required a change from majority closed office space to a complete open office environment.

We worked with their team to ensure all their functional requirements could be met within the new space and that the transition to an open office was smooth. Incorporating different types of meeting space was key in the change. Enclosed, casual, and dual purpose meeting spaces were strategically incorporated to provide high functionality and adaptability. BLOCK also guided the team through the selection of all new furniture; ensuring storage, function, and comfort were all addressed.
