Southland Park Fitness Centre

A 2019 MASI Award Winning Design, the Southland Park Fitness Centre is a 5,600 square foot fitness facility including a studio/classroom, locker + shower amenities, cardio and weight equipment, and an on-site trainer for the tenants of Southland Park Campus.

Block Interior Design Inc. was engaged to not only define the area within the building that best suited this facility, but also to define how best to maximize the area used. The planning also incorporated the requirements of the facility operator to ensure that the target services to be offered were fully accommodated.

A new brand identity was developed with the property management team, beginning the story for further amenity additions and upgrades in the campus to build upon.
